Certificates of Origin
EU Certificates of Origin
An EU Certificate of Origin must never be used when exporting to Arab Countries.
The Application Form (Pink Form) must be duly and properly signed by an official authorised by the applicant company - as per the Authorised Signatories List for that company.
Arab-Irish Certificates of Origin
An ARAB IRISH Certificate of Origin must used when exporting to the following Arab countries:
- Algeria
- Bahrain
- Iraq
- Jibuti (Djibouti)
- Jordan
- Kuwait
- Lebanon
- Libya
- Mauritania
- Morocco
- Oman
- Qatar
- Saudi Arabia
- Somalia
- Sudan
- Syria
- Tunisia
- United Arab Emirates
(Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujariah, Ras al Khaima, Sharjah and Umm al Qaiwain) - Yeman
All Arab-Irish Certificates of Origin should be authorised by the Arab-Irish Chamber of Commerce following authorisation by the Chamber.
