How to Register for Certification
Before a company can apply for a Certificate of Origin, the Chamber requires the following information:
- An Indemnity Form - must be completed and duly witnessed.
- A list of Authorised Signatories - must be provided on headed notepaper. Only authorised signatories can sign the application forms for Certificates of Origin.
In addition non members must provide a banker's reference. Chamber members receive discounted rates on this service.

Service Available: 09.00 - 13.00 hrs and 14.00 to 17.00 hrs - Monday to Friday.
Certificates of Origin - MUST be accompanied by an original signed invoice and must show currency and value even if it is for customs purposes only. Any other document, which accompanies the Certificates of Origin must be originally signed.
