Selling with Confidence, Sales Level 1 with Jo Collins of Sales Performance
The core of this programme teaches a more effective and more professional sales approach that primarily depends on asking a series of questions in a specific order that will enable you to find out your customer needs and uncover problems. Part of this programme will focus around dealing with different personalities of buyers and how taking this  into consideration and adopting a slightly different approach with each customer will help you be more successful and close more sales.

Attraction & Retention of Employees, Fiona Buckley of Keeping it Real
Aim: Attraction and retention of employees is highlighted as a key challenge for organisations in 2018. The jobs market is buoyant and employers are competing with offering new ways to both attract and retain top talent in their organisations. There is a strong link between motivation and engagement and retention. This half day course aims to give an overview of the top methods for attraction and retention of people, giving some practical thought provoking solutions.
Benefits: Following this session, participants will have an understanding of how they can attract, motivate and retain employees within their organisation. Practical tips and ideas to put into practice.

Body Language Skills, Fiona Buckley of Keeping it Real
Aim: Body Language is one of the most important forms of non- verbal communication and is often paid more attention to than the spoken word. Used every day in meetings, networking, negotiating and business interactions, it is fundamental to be able to understand, interact and engage with people through body language, yet it is often overlooked. This half day course aims to give a practical overview of body language in business.
Benefits: Following this session, participants will be better able to observe and read body language, change their own body language to give more confidence and be able to use body language to help engage better with other people in business situations.

Influencing at Work, Fiona Buckley of Keeping it Real
Aim: To be able to influence in meetings, presentations and general business interactions is a key interpersonal skill. This half day course aims to give an overview of the art of influencing in business.
