The 31^st Annual General Meeting of South Dublin Chamber Limited will be held at 9.30am on Wednesday 22^nd  July 2026 in the Maldron Hotel Tallaght.

• Reading of the notice convening the meeting
• Roll-call of members present
• To approve the minutes of the 30^th Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 23^rd July 2025 and to consider any matters arising.
• To receive the Auditors report and Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31^st December 2025
• To make provision for the appointment and remuneration of auditors for the coming year.
• To elect new Council members
• Resolutions
• To receive the President’s report
• Any Other Business
