Peter Byrne
Chief Executive
Peter Byrne is the CEO of South Dublin Chamber a position he has held since October 2001. Peter is responsible for ensuring our members receive the best service we can provide and their voice is heard at all levels of Government on the issues that impact them. In his time with the Chamber, Peter has helped establish the British Irish Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Boards of the Institute of Technology Tallaght, Tallaght University Hospital along with South Dublin County Councils Audit Committee.
Prior to joining the Chamber Peter was the CEO of the National Youth Council and has also held senior Environmental roles. Peter is a strong advocate of the importance of creating the right environment for business to grow and those businesses contributing to strong local communities.
Currently Peter is one of two Irish Employers representatives to the European Economic Social Council Committee where he also holds the role as President of the EU UK Committee.

Mary Grassick
Events & Project Executive
Mary Grassick is the Events & Project Executive at South Dublin Chamber, bringing many years of experience and dedication to the organisation. She leads the planning and delivery of the Chamber’s events programme, ensuring members benefit from a calendar of networking, business and community events.
With a strong background in administration and project coordination, Mary provides valuable support to Chamber members, stakeholders and colleagues alike. Her attention to detail, organisational expertise and commitment to excellent service play a key role in the successful operation of the Chamber and its activities.

Marcus Blake
Events & Communications Manager
Marcus Blake is the Events & Communications Manager with South Dublin Chamber, where he is responsible for the planning and delivery of the Chamber’s events programme, while also supporting the organisation’s communications, digital presence and engagement with members and the wider business community.
With over 15 years’ management experience across the hospitality, events and customer service sectors, Marcus brings a wealth of expertise in planning and delivering successful events, while developing strong and lasting relationships with businesses, partners, and key stakeholders. He holds an MSc in Hospitality Management from Technological University Dublin.

Majella Nasir
Office Manager
Majella Nasir is the Office Manager and has worked with South Dublin Chamber since 2024. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, takes care of our Certs of Origin service, produces the weekly Ezine and Chamber Newsletter, and manages tenant relations for the Chamber’s property company, Ronsin Ltd.
With over 30 years of experience working in accounts, administration, and management. Her diverse career has included several years living and working in Pakistan, where she was employed by the Australian Government’s Home Affairs Department. This international experience, combined with her strong administrative and customer service background, enables her to provide support to Chamber members and stakeholders.

Avril Keogh
Programme Administrator
Avril started in South Dublin Chamber in August 2026 as Programme Administrator.
She has been awarded a Degree in Media Production and Management, a Diploma in HR Management, a Diploma in PR and Advertising and a Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy all of which seem to be coming in useful in her current role in the Chamber.
Her background is varied, from working in TV3 as a technical operator to being a legal secretary and many segways in between, it’s been a hell of a journey, however, like the proverbial boomerang, she keeps ending up back in Tallaght!!!!
Constantly being kept busy in the Chamber managing core administrative duties attending B2B’s, coordinating social media, and working in the background to keep everything ticking along nicely.
